Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, who has held on as a contender in the race for California governor, laid out a deregulatory agenda at a KQED town hall on Monday night.<\/p>\n

\u201cDay one priority is immediately making our lives better,\u201d the Republican sheriff said. \u201cThere are so many things that are hampering that, that are making our lives difficult, and the majority of them are regulatory.\u201d<\/p>\n
